We are experiencing higher-than-normal volume of phone calls and texts, emails and other forms of messages. Our response time for phone calls and texts is 24-72 hours; for emails and other messages, 12-24 hours.
Existing clients with ongoing and new projects: we are rapidly wrapping hurricane-related projects and winter tasks. Spring maintenance has resumed gradually and we expect to conduct routine visits soon. Your new installation projects are being completed in the order in which they were confirmed.
New clients awaiting confirmation of installation dates: your project is in queue to be completed in the order in which it was confirmed.
Prospective candidates for employment: please contact us by way of email or by applying directly to our job posting. We will respond as soon as possible.
All others: our schedule for new design projects is currently filled until summer. However, we are available for consultations; our rate is $75 for one hour. Schedule for new installations is filled until April; and for new maintenance projects, until late March. Please check our pinned post for dates, times and locations of upcoming plant sales and community events.
